I’ve bought off of Modborn a few times now. The delivery took a little while as we ordered quite a lot of chairs. But the quality and finish was first class. Their aftercare service is also very good and they always got back to me with any query so would highly recommend them.

I contacted several internet furniture suppliers in my search for an office chair before hitting on Modborn. If was in the market for any more furniture I would go to them again because:- They have an efficient ordering and delivery system which leaves you in no doubt what is going on. They respond immediately to any queries The products they supply are packaged well and are of very good quality. I would have saved myself time and trouble if I had gone to them first.

Ordered three eames office chairs. Customer service was very good, answering all my questions. Unfortunately, order let down by third-party courier company, so delivery delayed by a couple of days, but I was kept informed at all stages. Chairs have arrived safe and sound and are very comfortable. For an online company it was reassuring to have such pro-active customer service and good communication with the client at all stages. Would use again.

Had a question – this was answered quickly / order process was simple. Delivery was on time and well communicated. I thought I had a problem with the product but on speaking with customer service it was apparent that I hadn’t taken off the protective plastic packing. They communicated well and were respectful. Afterwards I received a follow up email to check all was ok. Pleased to see this type of service has not been lost completely. So all positive and no negatives – well done – no problems recommending.

I ordered an Eames office chair on line but there was a problem with the ‘PayPal’ button on the website. The staff at ModBorn couldn’t have been more helpful to sort out the issue. The chair arrived in less than 24hours and is an excellent reproduction. Very please with the purchase.
