After a year of service of my chair, I had a issues with a gas strut. Replaced with no questions and delivered asap via USPS. Great Customer service.

I ordered an Eames style office chair from another supplier and the coating on the leather made the chair feel ‘plasticky’. I thought ‘you get what you pay for’ but decided to return it anyway. Then for only £20 more I found modBorn. What a difference!!! The chair is lovely. Soft leather [coated sure it has to be to protect from stains but not so it feels plasticky]. Great communication, excellent packaging, overall very pleased customer. I know ordering a chair can be daunting without feeling it or sitting on it but I would recommend you give these guys a go. Will be looking at their other items now. I’m a dedicated internet shopper and so glad I found modBorn.
