Amazing customer service. Very friendly and informative. Got the delivery to me the exact day I needed it. They use a great shipping firm too that let you track the item with a little gps map on the day The chair itself was an eames lounge chair. It’s stunning and beautiful quality. Bought it as a bday present for my husband. Really comfy

Really wanted Charles Eames chair, but price of chair was too high, then found these chairs at Modborn at an excellent price. Quality of chair is very good, did take quite an effort to assemble, took myself and other half a good couple of hours, and we only fell out 4 times during the process!! Had slight problem, there were a couple of screws missing, e-mailed gentleman at Modborn, and they were with us the following day. Also when we placed the original order, we ordered at 4pm, and the chair was in our house at 10am the following day. Cannot recommend highly enough, Modborn will be our first place to look in the future.

Purchased an Eames chair & ottoman and Le Corbusier LC4 chaise. Very pleased with the quality and comfort. This is the type of furniture I’ve always wanted,but not been able to afford. Pleased I found these guys and would recommend. Great service as well.

I recently ordered the eames lounger and ottoman from modborn. The quality of the chair is excellent. Nice materials and correct in its design details. Delivery was superbly quick – ordered on Monday evening and delivered Wednesday. Highly recommended!

I purchased an Eames chair and as we live very locally, we asked could we pick it up. Two hours later I was in their warehouse and had to admit, wrong colour choice. The staff immediately showed me a totally acceptable alternative which now sits in our lounge. Old fashioned customer service that I will use again and heartily recommend

Very impressive service: calls returned promptly; chair arrived the day after we ordered and a welcome follow up call to check we were happy. we were , the chair is superb quality and terrific value. But putting it together in 15 minutes was a bit optimistic. Certainly buy again.

I bought a Charles Eames chair and ottoman from modborn. The products very competitively priced and were superb and exactly as advertised. I was given tracking information within hours of purchase and The chair arrived well packaged and delivery only took 2 days. I live in Northern Ireland and the chair was sent from the UK mainland so 2 days is fantastic service!! 5 star service in every respect, highly recommended company in my opinion.
