Purchased my Eames style chair and Ottoman roughly three years ago. Absolutely brilliant chair. Unfortunately I had ripped the cushion seat with a sharp object. After checking with the guys at Modborn they were able to send a replacement part saving me from having to buy a whole new chair. Great service! Thanks
