Well, these guys know what service is. Had a little issue with one of the first chairs and they fixed it really great. They kept responding very quickly and were very creative with finding the right solution. After that, I ordered some more chairs, because I was confident that if there would be another issue, they would solve the problem. The next shipment had no issues, however, so in the end i’m very pleased with service, products & pricing.
